Vanzina (not Vanrina) hat?

I think that would be Vanzina... originally a fine Italian hat maker from northern Italy that was acquired by Borsalino at some point in time. Borsalino has used the name for models in their collection over the years. This liner is likely from the 1930s:

Thanks Daniele — I’d love to hears the reasons. :)
Bob, first of all, the hat is very beautiful and I could probably wear it :)
First reason: It's very difficult to find Vanzina hats before Borsalino purchased them in the mid-1950s.
Second reason: The hat shown has a felt finish, color, and shape that are very rare on the Italian market. In fact this was sold in Caracas - Venezuela
Third reason: Was the "Amarena" color originally from Vanzina - Pavia? If so, Borsalino appropriated it and then produced it, rarely, even for the Italian market.
Fourth reason: Finding vintage Italian hats from small to medium-sized hat factories sold all over the world, is always an important piece of the puzzle in understanding the history of Italian hat making.

Indeed, vintage Italian hats often featured subtle nuances of color and texture that are difficult to replicate today. These details make vintage hats special, as each piece tells the story of the maker and the era.
I really appreciate what you've written about Italian hatmaking and agree with every word.
I've been thinking about how much I've learned on the subject over the years, and what you've written is an incentive to continue and perhaps write something more in-depth on the subject.
This might be interesting for many FL users
