Somebody has added those patches
right sleeve
overseas service bars
technician 4th grade a ww2 rank abolished in 1948
arrow patch 32nd infantry division

Shoulders
Ruptured Duck Patch
More formally called the Honorable Service Lapel Patch, the "Ruptured Duck" was given to those members of the U.S. military who were honorably discharged during WWII. The insignia was worn on the right chest of the uniform and was meant to identify the soldiers who had done their duty.

I still have mine I picked out of a pile in Dong Ha in 1968. Spent time with USMC. Never saw anyone with patches out in the boonies. More authentic unadorned.
