Just though you ladies may like to see this old salon signage 1950s -60s?

Peeking through the window it looks like a female hairdressers with only some slight modifications over the years.
I can just imagine Beehive bedecked girls and young women in there getting ready for a night out and a Teasy Weasy type owner flitting about the shop
Whether you could get a vintage style done here I do not know as I imagine they concentrate on modern styles these days.
This is located in Newbury Park, Ilford, east London.
The shop is still open but always closed when I drive past to work some evenings so do not know if it is still run by the original hairdresser.
VAL 3333 Refers to the old telephone code for the area. Dial the letters first then the numbers on an old UK type dial phone. VAL is the area code of Valentines Park, Ilford.
Just thought you may like to see this. Any other areas still with genuine vintage salon signs in use?

That's very cool! I used to get my hair cut in a similar looking hairdressers called 'Pamela Anne' in Manchester - sadly the stylist I liked retired
