First, I must correct you. It's "hambergers," just look at the sign!

I assumed it was six burgers (er, bergers) and a gallon of soft drink to take home. Full-sized, as a burger was generally all of a quarter back then in many places. I don't think this place has a dine in option.

I wonder if they taste anything like cheeseborgers.

What was it about Arctic Circle burgers? They had a, um, unusual flavor that I can’t quite pinpoint.

There was an Arctic Circle across from my junior high school, back in 1923, ’24. Can’t recall when I last saw one.

When I was in college the local Hardees had a chain conveyor with a bucket on it for the drive up. You placed your order and put your money in the basket. It went straight up the wall and through a hole just below the roof line. Your food ad change came back to you the same way. I have never seen another one like it, either before or in the 35+ years since.

I thought this one interesting, so looked on Google maps. It is still there! The Google map said 2019, so at least then. Grown up really bad, but you can pick out the restaurant and the building/rooms behind.
