This is good news. Will all of the old links work again? Did you notice if you search on Google for something Golden Era related and a link for The Fedora Lounge comes up and you click on it, it says "link not found." I always thought that was a shame, that people were missing out on a lot of information.

You have probably noticed all the technical trouble we have had in the past week or so. I have decided it is time to pull up stakes and find a more stable server. We will be moving hosts. When we make the move, you will be able to read posts but you will not be able to add new posts until the process is complete.

....so it is taking longer to set this up than we expected. Having over 100,000 posts makes for a lot of work. I am opening up the joint until tomorrow. We will give it another go Wednesday.

I also learned that you can't read posts when we are closed.

For now I just go up into the address bar and change the link. Just change .net to .com. Works for me while the transition is in order.
There are bound to be kinks to work out---and no not the musical group.
