Deschutes Red Chair NWPA and Black Butte Porter, then something called a Bennett (gin, lime juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters). I think I'd like to try it without the simple syrup...

My parent's neighbor does that with Bud Light, but he's mildly diabetic. He ain't supposed to drink, but like that will happen. The ice helps him drink a little less I guess.

There is no reasonable combination of gin, simple syrup, and bitters that is potable. Better to drop the syrup in favor of the lime juice.
