Default stealing and coveting right in the face and house of god - broke 3 or 4 commandments with one act...some real bad karma will present itself to this shallow fool.

I don't know about karma , but just breaking 1 Commandment of GOD is breaking them all , they're like a chain . But the Two that cover all The Law and The Prophets are : You shall love The LORD your GOD with All your heart , mind , soul , and strength . And the second is like it : You shall love your neighbor as yourself .

View attachment 57626 View attachment 57630 Well this day started out on the wrong note. I left my iPhone 5 in the bathroom at church yesterday. Did not realize it until late last night. So went to get it this morning and the only thing there was my belt clip that went with it. Someone walked off with my phone AT CHURCH:mad:
Needless to say was in a bad mood for awhile. Then got a knock on my door and its USPS delivering my new Akubra Fedora. Oh well at least I will be looking good ordering my new phone.

Sorry about the phone, but I love the hat. I've been toying with getting that color. Tell me, do they still make those with the nice, soft felt?

Yes, how does the wind cord work?
I tried to do the find my phone but did not work.

the button is supposed to go into the button hole of your lapel .... in theory this is a nice idea

The theory is you're wearing a sport coat , or suit with a real lapel button hole , then on a windy day , you take the wind cord down with the button and put it in the hole , so if the wind blows your Hat off , it won't get away . That's why its often called a wind trolly , trolly car , wind , same idea .

Has anyone ever tried this to see if it's functional? Seems to me it would be a little awkward.

I have no desire to take this one off my head.
So impressed with Michaels work on this piece ....perfection... and it feels like a cloud is sitting on my head.
The perfect autumn hat for me ... probably won't change it very often

Cucumbers and lemons are OK, but gin, rocks, olives. I'm a simple man. Still drink Tanqueray mostly, too. All this designer gin started to hit about the time I switched to rum.

I have always been a Bombay Sapphire guy, 3 olives, shaken, dry Martini guy.....just cant get into that cucumber extra fancy thing.

Real olives by the way, with the bone, dont get along well with boneless or stuffed olives.

Martinis must kick like a Mule IMHO..
