Good day. A couple of hours ago I snapped a shot as I put my shoes up for a rest after our morning gymnastics practice. I had changed and was waiting for another coach to head out for a cup of coffee and a spot of food. Sitting down on the couch by the karate floor makes me remember I am tired. I remind myself all the time, do not sit down. VS bluesmoke on my head and enjoying a quiet moment.

The Melone is from a retailer shop from Richard Nebel in Bautzen Germany, foundet 1904 and is still in business, now in the fourth generation!
