Not sure these will do you much good, but here's a few pics. The hat was purchased from a fellow Lounger, but for the life of me I can't remember who sold it to me (found it - Hulkamad). It has a couple of hard to see spots, but is an overall great hat with a good bit of character. The onionskin liner cover has yellowed so much that it's hard to read the logo, but it's there.

I'm thinking the red label is for Formosan. It's the only Resistol I have with the red. If anyone has the straight **** i'd like to know also.

I don't have the down low on the red label, but I do also have a vintage Resistol Formosan with a red label in the crown. Any chance of a pic of the crease? I like the brim on yours. Mine is a 'stingy' western, barely 3".
