What is COW?

Sorry if it's been asked and answered, but I've searched, and haven't found. I keep seeing references to "COW", but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help? Thanks!

COW stands for Club Obi-Wan, the club you see in the opening of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. This forum kinda sprang off of COW. MK used to be the forum administrator over there.
