It's lighter jacket over T shirt weather so I'll be wearing the Penny's plain pockets and my cooper A2 until it cools down.



Today it's the A2.

Don't worry, I'm not going to post pictures of these 2 jackets every day.

I love the collar on it and wished it was used on other designs, I’ve only seen a couple of similar designs like the trophy hummingbird or the fc santa anita, but neither really nail the collar as good as this one.

And the deerskin on this thing is some serious beef too.

The entire back design is just gorgeous.

And yes, the shoulder panel is some serious grainy deerskin. It looks almost like it was being shrunken.

This one is so worthy of drooling over

Just back from a slight alteration. The good folks at Vanson modified the inside of the sleeves near the cuffs to survive my watches, which were tearing up the original liner. Going to a movie. Hoping the theater is cool enough to wear it.

"I like the front, but I love the back — it's very nice and really unique. Is the hide super soft and stretchy? One thing I remember about deer hide is that it never held up well in the rain. Just wondering!"

It’s been 12 years since I visited Vietnam. I’ve been there several times and my wife goes occasionally to visit her family. Beautiful country, I’m sure we’ll go back together at some point.
