I received advice early on to wear long sleeves with my JL “Ryder” vest but I’ve gotta say, still feels good with the short sleeves. Avert your eyes if need be!

Wear it with no sleeves. Tank top, preferably with cut off sleeves! A little redneck fashion never hurt nobody...

Don’t get me wrong. I’ve made honey-do runs like that. Hot as hell down here, but it is what it is. Mostly in denim vests though. My delusional saving grace?

Totally agree, mine is far more cracked but really feel comfortable and protected with it (lining change made it unique) . First tried to buy cheep new ones as this "https://www.asos.com/reclaimed-vint...V2tnVCh2aTgKEEAQYASABEgK8gfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds" quality was awful (thin leather, badly cut, unethical production) and each time i re sold these ones some weeks later.

Yep, these new ones are best left in the store. Plus you guys from France don't have to worry about gettin' a good Perfecto. If Vinted is any indication, there's literally one quality vintage cross zip for every French citizen out there. Same Excelled as mine, listed for 60 Euros is listed right now. Size 40.
