Love the efficient simplicity of this jacket of yours. Forgive me for forgetting, but what's the hide again?

The chest pocket is very practical for sure, i can place my phone with no issues at all. This is 3.5 oz brown cxl, it's pretty broken in so it's quite soft.

I dug out my old black levis from my highschool days probably 1994, i wore it 3 size too big in baggy 90s way, started as pure black too, it is a real vintage fade in my highschool days I cycle with friends so was pretty much 1 wash/ wear, I think this nubuck chelsea finally looks dirty enough to match it.

was retailored recently using my stretch skinny jeans as model (stupid me) ... so I busted the knee after few squats, denim is apparently thin, how light is levis denim 11oz??

I'm probably mistaken. I mean the small pocket on top of the D pocket. So that's the coin pocket? I learn something new every day

I feel like the Enfield and 689 are cousins. I was interested in 689 but had to pass because the quilted lining would really limit use here.

Yours is great by the way, and wearing it all the time makes total sense!

Interesting detail! Just looked at my photos and Aero and FL use a patch pocket style for the coin pocket, but my only remaining Schott perfecto is just like the Buco where the coin pocket flap tugs into the body before it gets sewned. I wonder if this was an American technique. But it actually looks more finished even with the raw edge slit. Nice detail. Give the nicer leather a chance to show off its cross sections. Respect.

Likley one of the last days we can wear jackets here in the midwest. Getting humid, will be mid 80's by the weekend and near 100% humidity. Lots of rain to boot. Had the heat on last weekend in the house. That's how our weather goes.

Suprisingly nice Johnson Leather from Tony, originally planned for a friend but it fits me much better than expected. This jacket has hung in a closet all it's life, barely ever used. Little musty of smell but that will clear with use. I like the subtle black accents and dull brass zips.

Mmm... it depends what j24 version. I think the Real McCoy’s got it right.
