Lewis Leathers Super Monza in cowhide. I ordered this around the same time I ordered my Super Sportsman and I definitely do not need both. I may list this or just let it grow on me.

I sold my Super Monza a few years ago and really wish I hadn‘t! It’s subjective of course, but I think it is my favourite style from Lewis

This keeps growing on me big time. Really cold outside, so I layered with a cotton shirt and a wool jumper. The fit works quite well, IMO, despite this not being a close-fitting cut.

I really like the versatility, but I LOVE the hide. Aside from smell and touch, the deep, high-shine is great, but all dwarfs compared to the surprising heft of the jacket. I still pause for a moment of amazement everytime I put it on.

So you kind of are an influencer, as well as everyone that contributed to that thread.

Actually I was in the rain multiple times recently (being in the UK). There are no permanent stains left on the jacket though.
On the other hand, I have a CWU-45P military issue (older one, not the matte finish) and that stains pretty badly and stays like that. Probably needs to go through the machine once to sort it out.
