I’ve “re-purposed” it as a work/uniform jacket (I’m a licensed ship captain).

@thor , I just saw SS United States being towed 4 miles off the shore in South Florida, with a flotilla of small craft. Awesome, if a bit sad sight. Should have been made into a museum or a hotel, but an artificial reef is cool too.

Black Cherry “Ton up” for today. No frills, really simple pattern. For some reason, this one gets lots of compliments out in the wild. I think its the color. It doesn’t know if it wants to be brown, black, or a glass of Merlot. Still needs some lovin to soften up.

Because it simply looks cool. Simple without frills, the leather looks good, the hardware goes well with it. Simply a good overall package.

Looks good, years ago I used to see the vintage ones at 40s ww2 UK reenactment events, I had a couple as a kid in the 70s even haha we used to call them tank tops, perfect for a vintage look,
