I am sure someone here is going to say the use of this is obvious but not to me. The price looks cheap enough if it is something the unskilled, such as I, can use to good avail.

Gee, thanks now that I know its a *************, I am going to buy it. LOL
Actually, I have been told it is a hat shaper but that does not tell me what part of the hat it shapes or how. I am guessing you could use it to shape a bowler or something.

The seller just guessed. He was wrong. It is a heated bicycle seat, on display. The little folding out structure behind the seat is for groceries. Fedora
