Which A2 contract has low dip collar?

The question is concerning how much the front portion of the collar stick up to your chin. As I wear the Aero (by Aero) contracts daily and work, the stiff leather and the neck/collar height and that it sticks into my double chin is just very annoying, so I wonder which contract has lower, less intrusive neck.

Which Aero contract do you own? The one with neck band/stand?

yes, that one, the older contract. but i recall the newer one also sticks up?

I guess it does but it would be better than yours. I have seen people bent the front of the collar to get it to curve inward and hold it in place with a document clip when you are not wearing it.

I believe only the earliest A-2 contracts used the collar stand so any of the later versions should be more comfortable in that area. The Good Wear website is probably the best place to got through all of the various contracts and their particular features since John has documented this meticulously.

My Aero has a rather flat collar with No collar stand. And the leather is really soft as well.

I had this issue on my old US Authentic HH and blamed its collar stand construction. My direct-attachment collar A-2s from Good Wear and G&B don't hit my throat in that way.
