Got the above today. A 5o's (I think) Borsalino capline hoping to have a OR style lid made from it.
I dunno if I should pester each hatter here or ask someone to volunteer, so I am soliciting volunteers.

Wow you scored on that as far as a felt body....not sure who you should turn to on having a finished product made from it, as we have so many wonderful hatters to pick from.

I believe you should begin by making some phone calls to a few of those hatters whose work you like and respect. You know who they are. Have some good conversation. Talk style. Talk details. You'll get a feel as to who's right for you.
