WTB: Formal accessories

I'm in a wedding in July, for which we'll be wearing white tie. I have a line on a tailcoat and trousers; now I just need the accessories. If you happen to have any formal accessories laying around that you want to part with, I'd be interested. I'm a 41R, 16" neck, 33" shirt sleeve, 11-11.5 shoe size.

I'm specifically interested in:
- White pique bow tie (not pre-tied)
- White pique vest
- Pique- or stiff-fronted formal shirt
- Studs and cufflinks
- Formal shoes--patent oxfords, or patent or calf opera pumps
