My own measurements:

Hem: 19"
Sleeves: 24"
Shoulders: 16.5"
Back (below collar): 24.5"

Thanks anyways. That's probably too slim for my build. I have a medium P693 already and it's slim but comfortable for me. A small would be a bit too slim.
