No, don't you dare, your resemblance of William Cody is brilliant. I wore a beard from my early twenties to my mid-fifties, not as magnificent as your's though. I grew it for vanity purposes, it covered a large mole on the right of my chin. Come my mid fifties, the whiskers were looking more like Santa, so for vanity's sake again, I preferred the mole and shaved the beard off.
Yes, Santa... I always reply I'm "working" to be Santa ;)

Charlie, was that a "three-on-the-tree" like this 20?

My 63 Falcon had a three on the tree. The C30 had a 4 (or 5) on the floor. I'm thinking it was a 5 speed, if memory serves. (I think I just pulled a muscle in my head.) Great memories. Back then they ALL had bench seats, which was the preferred configuration for boyfriend/girlfriend seating.

You said it Charlie! Bench seats in trucks is the way to go!
Unless the tranny was swapped out, Chevy was running 3 and 4 speeds back then. International was the only one with a 5 speed, but that didn't hit showrooms until the early to mid 70s. A C30 is a thing of beauty. Sadly, most were worked to death.

Oh, and this Stetson No 1 Quality

I was just thinking the same thing myself.

amazing hat Tommy ... and that is pretty much my dream truck right there

Anthony, I'd recommend the C10 over the C20. Lot's more after market goodies

Awesome 15 Tommy. Great brim binding!

I'm jealous of your father in laws truck. That particular body style is getting harder and harder to find in good shape. And its a 3/4 ton!!! That's the business, right there.

Ditto ! Ditto ! Ditto ! SWEET Hat and SUPER SWEET Truck ! I learned on a Three on the Tree myself , and I was thinking the same thing ! Tommy You and Chamuco have the Finest Rides on The Lounge ! I LOVE those Trucks ! I was whining about New Trucks VS KOOL Old Trucks this past week . They held up , lasted , and you could work on them without an Automotive Engineering Degree just to change the fuel filter ! I bet it is tougher to find some stuff , but that is One Sweet Truck ! Chamuco's too !

After my first Bucket Seats , its bench or bust ! I remember bench ONLY and no seat belts , then they were optional , no head rest , either . A/C was almost unheard of , except for 2/60 A/C . I think the C30 had a 4 , but I could be wrong (not the first time) . And yeah guys kept them and rode em hard , when they died , they died , too bad though . Nice Hat 1mach1 ! Numero UNO !? WOW ! SWEET !
