Dat be real nice. The contrasting ribbon and binding colors make for a great look.

Also... yesterday I forgot to give you kudos for the center dent on the Demon Hanover. That worked well. Nice to see you break out of the comfort zone, Diamond Jim.

Thanks, Matt. Yeah, I love a deep diamond, but have come to appreciate variety. Back to the diamond today (after all, I am a baseball fan).

Great Twenty, by the way. I only have one Cavanagh edge hat, and never wear it.

Sent directly from my mind to yours.

My vintage Stetson Beachcomber doing it's job this morning.

This 30's vintage hat sheilded me from the bright winter sun made brighter reflecting off the snow.

Filling birdfeeders wearing a Well Dressed Cap. The Archer model is made of 30's wool and vintage Egyptian cotton.

Best, Eric -
Snow + Beachcomber = great juxtaposition.

What a great hat that is.

Sweet cap, too.

Thanks sir. I picked this hat off my hat rack knowing that I would be able to appreciate the warmth of a mid winter sun this morning. Mid winter sun and relative warmth (38'F) are soul soothing. As to the hat - a fav on my hat rack.

The details of this hat are fun! I volunteer the following pics showing details.

Giving one of the Holland Connection hats a spin today for class in PDX. With a couple of light shims, this Mayser Milz with a cool bow treatment should brave the elements. Still need to do some minor maintenance, clean the sweat, refine the center dent. But I just had to wear one of the new arrivals.

The light/dark interplay with the ribbons, binding and felt is sweet. Great new hat Red.

Thanks Michael. I hope you are doing well post Maple Tree calamity. I lower my head in tribute to the fallen maple this morning. Maples matter.
Yes, the clean up is on the books. Our Arborist says it was going to go sometime. Now to figure out some "wet feet" trees to replace them with. The fence guy is coming tomorrow.
