They are very good, and on the one occasion I had a sizing problem with a jacket of theirs, they replaced it no questions asked, and very quickly.

OG 107s... usually in Olive green rip stop cotton, prior to the woodland camo issue.
The early issue versions did sport far more slanted pockets, like the WW2 issue Para jacket though.

Peter (Jackson) is obsessed with WW1 and 2 gear..so everything will be correct... The photos my friend sent all looked great. (and this was all just research gear for the costume dept.)
Schott remake many of their classic jackets for the Japanese market..and they are great.. (and correspondingly expensive)
On a trip around Aoyama, I saw some great Schott/Beck jackets (Made in the USA by Schott).. They were all more tailored and had far better finishes than their stuff I've...

LW make quality stuff.. but it's almost too good.
Their HH is incredibly heavy and stiff. As an MC jacket it makes it hard work to wear practically.
I've owned many original 40-60s Buco HH jackets and none are the weight or stiffness of LW.

The alpaca is great..My lining is 2 years old, has constant wear and is fine.
Some people have commented that they find the alpaca scratchy (I don't), but just thought I should mention this if you're only wearing it with a t-shirt..

I really like the seal brown colour myself.. think that'll be the next purchase!
