I am trying to determine the origin of this khaki drill jacket. It is unlined, and definitely seems military in nature. It has no insignia or markings, but has a Paris, France tailor's label. The buttons (plain, domed) are also marked on the back with a Paris manufacturer. The seller said he believed the jacket was possibly a French Foreign Legion officer's, dating from the 1950's or 60's. I dont see anything connecting it to the FFL, but it definitely appears military, and is very similar in materials and workmanship to my WPG British Khaki Drill Service Dress jacket. Maybe it was worn in Indochine or Algerie Francaise in the 1950's?

Thanks for looking -Sam
