His attention to detail is incredible and impressive. I almost thought the first two were photographs until I took a closer look.

I didn't post many of his paintings because they are mostly scenes of the Civil War, but he has painted scenes from WWI & II I think.

BB, I couldn't make out the first painting with the dog sitting on the ground until I saw the last painting with the dog up in the saddle. My brain was telling me there was something wrong with that back leg on the horse but I didn't make out the dog.

HJ, did you notice in the second one the rider has swapped horses but everything else is the same. From bit to stirrup and the riders clothing.

I did notice that it was a different horse because I looked at that hind quarter.
