dear loungers,
Just received my aero ridley in battered tan in size 42 with 27,5 back length and 28,5 sleeve length. Carrie and aero did a great job imo.

I'd never considered that jacket in that leather or color, but, man, that works beautifully. It's great when someone tries something a little different and it turns out so well.

That first photo almost (but not quite) looks like the finish Theodoras at Thedi Leathers achieves.
Looks great, wear it with pride!

Amazing jacket! Same size/sleeve and body length than my A-2, I'm not feeling alone anymore!

Man that photo in the light really shows off the character of the hide. Beautiful jacket and perfect fit. Sweet!

Great hide. The Ridley deserves more attention. It is a great looking cross-zip - more conservative than most other motorcycle-style cross-zips. I've seen a few with a removable mouton collar that I really like.

A beautiful jacket.
And why is it called Ridley?
At once remembering the favorite Chuck Yeager's phrase - Hey, Ridley, you got any Beeman's?

Yep I enquired about the Ridley in the past and it’s only available through thurston. It’s a pity because I don’t think Aero is offering a slim cut cross zip.

The Bootlegger slim fit would be pretty close - just add studs to the collar / lapels (and delete the halfbelt).

The Ridley looks to me like a Cafe Racer with a Bootlegger front.

Well yeah you have to ask to modify some other jacket. I think the Ridley is built on the board racer pattern.
