I always wondered why Lands End purchased the brand and killed Willis & Geiger. It doesn't make any economic sense but killing a brand because it is viewed as a competitor does and allowing a brand to die because the original spirit is not involved does make sense to me. Eddie Bauer G-1
I collect Eddie Bauer down coats made in the USA or Canada. I just found this commercial G-1 Eddie Bauer jacket(no down). It is labeled a size 46 and is exactly my size. All the features of the commercial G-1 jacket are there and it is in excellent condition. I'm thinking '70 or 80's vintage...- budrichard
