I have one of their cheaper Panama's, and it's a nice enough hat for what it is. They're the only hat maker still here in New Zealand, so I like to support them. However, at the price the felts go for it makes more sense for me to buy an akubra or save a few extra dollars for a custom hat from one of the guys here on the lounge. For that reason, I can't really comment on the quality of the felts.

I do have a friend who owns one of their 'Trilby' models though, and it does seem like a really nice hat. He's been wearing it for a few years now, through all sorts of crazy weather, and it's still holding up!
