Banner ad not working

I hope this is the right place to post this.

The banner ad for

"Deckard & Newcastle
Dangerous Clothes for Modern Men"

is not working. Upon clicking it, I got an unceremonious rejection, indicating I didn't have permission to view it. What's up? Is that an X-rated site?

It's worked before...so probably a glitch from the restore they are still going through. I'm sure it will be working again soon.
