Through my Windows Media, I found a great site called Got RadioThey have a Big Band station that has a mixture of the new swing (Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, etc) and the old classics. I'm really enjoying it.

I've listened to Sirius - the Sinatra channel is good, but doesn't have a lot of the Big Band stuff. Yahoo radio has a good big band channel, but it was always getting interrupted on my computer for some reason.

Any other good ones out there? I'd love to find some places that have the old radio shows.

Not an Internet radio station, but available via the internet is BBC Radio 2 especially Malcolm Laycock. You can here his show 'on demand'. I used to listen to it while at work, until the company firewall blocked it.

Click here to listen and read about Malcolm's radio 2 show.

I forgot about the BBC radio. I used to listen to that all the time at work. I'll check it out, too. Thanks. :) (And darn your company's firewall anyway!)

I listen to Antioch Radio - http://radio.macinmind.com/ I've got the widget and everything. Unfortunately, I like the comedy shows best, but they play while I'm asleep/at work.

I also subscribe to several podcasts for Old Time Radio Shows. They're free, and you don't have to have an Ipod to get them.

Any more?

South Dakota Public Radio broadcasts a weekly program called "Big Band Spotlight" which is broadcast at 7:00 Ct each Sunday evening on SDPB Radio. They have archives of past broadcasts at http://www.sdpb.org/radio/bigband/archive.asp . For any of you that enjoy Big Band and Swing music I urge you to give this show a listen. The shows contain a lot of good music (some rare stuff) and alot of historical information. The archive is broken-down into 210 half hour episodes and 79 one hour episodes.

So, if yer into Big Band music give 'em a listen.

Internet radio is something I do all day, most days. It plays over/on my 1941 G.E. radio. There is so, so very much out-there, I find what ever I tend to want. If I am in a 1940's or big band stuff mood I do these:
http://www.live365.com/stations/yankaroo?tmx=1188249445956 (Live 365 has a bunch of great music, this is "Kingdom of Swing")
http://www.the1920snetwork.com/

If I want old radio shows, I go here:
http://www.zootradio.com/
http://www.archive.org
If I want Frank or Dean, I go here:
http://www.martiniinthemorning.com/
Good Luck!

I agree with kpreed, Live365 has some good stuff!
I'm still stuck on the WeimarRundFunk station on there. Great Jazz, Swing, and Tango from Europe, all 1920's through 1940's.

Thanks for the links. The day is going alot quicker. Except i'm on Martini in the Morning and for some reason I'm listening to Tom Wopat (Luke Duke?) struggle his way through "In the Still of the Night". Oh god someone shoot me.
