Bill in a half-belt

Following from the locked thread (and ignoring any politics): Bill Clinton was wearing a nice half-belt in Ohio yesterday.

I don't know much about leather jackets, so I might have got the ID wrong. Nice jacket anyway, if not a bit informal for the occasion.

Not as informal as the President's softshell.... Mr Clinton's is almost a half-belt but it looks to be a fashion jacket of some sort to me.
