I've used moderntailor.com with success. If you catch one of their sales you can get a good shirt for cheap.

I ordered a shirt with itailor recently. I'll let you know how it turns out. I've previously had some good suits from ravistailor.com although their prices are not that cheap any longer

I ordered a shirt from iTailor ages ago, it arrived after about 4-6 weeks. The cotton seemed of good quality and well constructed however sadly I did not do a great job of measuring myself at the time and the shirt was therefore useless to me. I'd probably order from them again as I'm a bit more savy now with my size. The new 3 piece suits look very tempting and at a very competitive price......may chance one next year perhaps.
