Besides the snap brim, what are some particular brim styles worn on fedoras during the day? I have a "signature" brim treatment for myself, but I'm not sure if it is any style in particular.

I've heard of a "wing flip". What is that?

Pretty much the brim's either up or down. Some hats lend themselves to all down all around for more casual look but a lot of snap-brims are flanged so they need at least the back up.

My guess on "wing flip" is a curl up on the sides of brim like Stratoliners had by keeping them in their tight boxes. Stratoliner - Wing, get it?:p Anyway that is a guess. Looking forward to learning if I'm wrong on that one.[huh]

All the best,

G
