I have Akubras in 60, 61 & 62 & they all fit! Now the 60 gets tough usage hunting & goes on the Hat Jack often. The 62 is the oldest & not worn much, so it probably has drawn in some. If you are measuring at 59.5, I'd order a 60 & use felt strips behind the sweatband until it draws in to fit. I buy felt squares at Wally World for 34 cents & cut into strips to tighten up round hats to my XLong Oval noggin...HTH
