I studied five months military techniques to become an expert in explosives and mines and lead a team of explorers.
At the same time I also studied the Academic subjects giving, in military uniform, two exams.
The black basque and the orange insignia means I was in cavalry :rolleyes:

Catching up, and now I understand how they've kept the peace in Italy!!

I felt bad for that poor horse. I'm sure the guy at the stables seriously underestimated my weight, because the horse was huffing and puffing every time he had to haul my carcass up a hill. Even my wife, who weighs considerably less than I do, was riding a larger horse than mine. o_O

They are interesting hats & caps,I have a couple I enjoy.
