New-old stock Finnish Defence Forces m/36 caps made by Valtion Pukutehdas (VPu) in Finland during the 1960s. Bought these a while back as a part of a package deal. Made out of c. 15 oz pure wool with c. 3 oz leather sweatband. The lining is most probably made out of rayon. The design is based on the Austro-Hungarian mountain troops cap.
