Hair Accessory Question

Good afternoon, all,

I'm going to a dance this weekend where vintage dress is encouraged. I plan on wearing a circle skirt, red top, and black shrug. I also want to put a flower in my hair. Do you know of any styles that would suit this? And since I'm new to vintage hairstyles, could you provide some brief instructions? I would appreciate any help you can give.

If you look at The Diva Pinup they have some good examples of styles using flowers in all shapes and sizes...that might at least give you some ideas!

I would accessorize with a red silk flower (a rose, perhaps), or even cherries if you are feeling especially kicky.
