Thanks for the tip about this film. You are right. This was one of the best films I have seen in a long time - and the fedoras are everywhere! Here is a link with photos. Man, I'd love to know who made these lids especially the black one Timothy Hutton wears throughout the movie. He has quite a collection. There is also a brown fedora worn by a man near the train as he approaches the young black man to apprehend him. It looks like a classic Indy fedora but there is no still photo shot of it.
