Help with this Stetson's age

The only information I can make out on this ticket is - that it was in fact made in the Philadelphia Factory. The fella who owns it - attributes it to his grandfather on the King ranch at the turn of the twentieth century. Any other insight would be wonderful!

What does the stitching on the sweatband look like? And the imprints on the sweatband?

Nada. I am pretty sure that this sweat has been replaced. It is almost like an old school "comfort sweat band" - a cloth backed leather - Old but tensile. That ticket is the only remnant. And I love that it IS a ticket (shape).

Well then it is from before the late 30s, in any case.
