"Holocaust" mini-series out Tuesday

First shown in 1978 and an excellent production that caught a lot of attention and created new interest in the subject. Somewhat graphic for 30 years ago. I just saw it in the Best Buy ad for $20; great value for an eight-hour miniseries. See you in line Tuesday, May 27th.

Memories!

Thanks for the headsup Jedburgh,
I was in high school when this series debuted,
I had just broken up with my Jewish girlfriend
some months before, her Father was one of the
small children taken out of occupied Poland,
because of his blond hair and blue eyes.
This series helped me to understand her Father's
prejudices, and introduced me to a new way of
thinking about eastern Europe, an interest that's lasted
for many years.

I'm calling my local best buy as soon as I
finish my reply
