How to turn the brim down

I have a Stetson Nobel fedora which is supposed to have a snap brim. When I try to turn down the brim at the front, it looks real dumb. Anyone have any suggestions how to do this properly? Thanks.

You're probably not turning the brim down far enough around the hat.
The "snap" should start about halfway around the hat, not just the very front.
