I need these pants in my life

Hope the image came through. First I must note this photo is filed under "What were they thinking" WITH specific reference to the said pants I MUST acquire if multiple colors if possible. Wondering with all the talent in the lounge if anyone has an idea who they're made by.
Of course it's entirely possible they're vintage but for some reason I don't think so.
