They need to get cleaned and have rather short arms (23,5 inches) but I think somebody here should try to get them for the great price.

Most of them have 18 to 18,5 shoulder seam to shoulder seam and 44 to 45 chest

Hard to tell. Certainly within the '35-'55 range, I would say, but could be anywhere in that range. However, my guess would be towards the beginning of the range.

Yes, looks certainly 30's to me.
I like the cut of the jacket... but not so much the fabric, particularly not this mustard shade of brown.

I love everything about this jacket (and the herringbone overcoat). Why are they so bloody big?! I would certainly have snapped them up if they were small enough.

Well I think I like it for the cut first and not so much for the fabric. I would wear it but if I had the choice...

I really should learn to sew myself so I don't always have to pester my girlfriend with new wishes.

I was asked to translate the measurements. Here we go...

95 cm = 37.4 inch chest/waist ...he measured in the middle (?)
60 cm = 23.62" back lenght
47 cm = 18.5" shoulders
60 cm = 23.62" sleeves, shoulder to cuff

Nice jacket - I would have definitely picked it up, if it weren't so short.
Looks really nice and solidly made. Just too darned short (the rest is ok).
