Looking for Photos

I was hoping you fellas might help me out with finding some photos of 1930's/40's explorers/egyptologists/adventurer types as well as other similar ephemera. I was planning on 'photoshopping' in different faces and use them as film props for a project I have going.

You might wanna tryCorbis . Just go to the advanced search, put a timeframe of "1930s" and search for "archeology"

That should give you some pics. But I guess if you wanna use them professionally, you might want to buy them... and Corbis is not known for being cheap :-(
