Moth Repair & Roll Collar Care

Hello,

I did a quick search but didn't see a thread about repairing moth holes in WWII Tunics...they are small but I notice them and one is near the placement of the insignia's.

For other clothes I have used matching thread, fabric glue or iron on patches from behind but since it has taken so long for me to find a fitting tunic I don't want to experiment.

Also, does anyone have any care recommendations for the Rolled Collar...related to ironing or cleaning...
