I spent some time recently reading Dracula for iPad from padworxdigital.com. Very cool.
The pages are immersive and interactive. To read some pages you must stricke a patch to provide light, and love it down the page. Some pages must be shaken. Action matches words you're reading. Thus, suddenly a page will be spattered with Blood. Very cool. Here's a teaster:

They've also just released a Steampunkish interactive book for "A Christmas Carol."

They are both available for iPad from the iBooks Application.
I found the experience to be pretty cool, and very fascinating. There are Easter Eggs as well. Dracula contained surprise links to A complete copy of Nosferatu, and some other cool stuff. Amazing.
