PF Flyers sizing

Could someone tell me how the PF Flyers compare to the Converse Chuck Taylors in sizing?
If I wear a size 11 in Chucks would a size 11 in PF Flyers fit about the same?

If you are a sneaker size 10 then go with a PF Flyers 10 and a Converse 9 or 9 1\2

I wear a 10 in PF and a 9 in Converse.

If you are going to by the Converse I suggest you try a pair of regular high tops on at a local store.

They say chucks run 1/2 size large, but I wear them in my actual shoe size and they are just right, not too roomy.

I wouldn't go down a full size in Converse though, I believe that may just be too much. A half-size at most if you like your shoes a bit snug or well fitted: been there, done that.

Allen-Edmonds, J&M, Bostonian, Dexter.

I should also mention I wear an 8D. Maybe the smaller Chucks are closer to actual size.

I wear a 9 in J&M and Cole Haan, and the 8 in Chucks are a bit snug. I think my next pair will be a 8 1/2. I wear a 9 in Keds (triumphs), though, and they're just roomy enough for some toe movement.

Well I guess you just have to try them on. I have odd feet, narrow in the heel and hobbit-like in the front, that paired with no real standard in shoe sizing makes for a definate need to try on pairs before I finally decide on which size fits best.
