Try this: 1 shot creme de menthe, 1 shot dry gin, in a chilled high-ball glass half-filled with shaved ice, 1 tbsp heavy cream, fill the rest of the glass as desired half and half with spicy ginger-ale and tonic water, add the juice of a half a lime, garnish with a twist of lime and serve with a long-handled tea-spoon and a sprig of mint, stir to blend the milky lower ingredients with the transparent upper ingredients upon serving. The drink should be sipped through a narrow straw.

Delightful and Refreshing! I can't recall for the life of me what it's called unfortunately.....Oh well, still, Delicious!

I miss a Rusty Nail here. It has been around already for over 100 years and is one of my favorites.

A tumbler full of ice cubes, 50 ml Scotch (pity to say, but the better the whisky the better the drink) and 25 ml Drambuie.
Stir and put in a small piece of lemon peel (very thin).
Let rest for 2 minutes and enjoy.

Regards,
Zaxxon
