Concidering this maby being controversial and the risk of me being slaugthered by ebay-sellers, i am going to ask this question out of carefull ignorance?;)

Is anyone interested in swapping vintage sewing patterns electronically? Maby it is to difficult to scan anyway, but i was curious on what you think of this idea and if someone has done this before.

Where i live it is hard to find decent pants and vests, so i am keen on sewing clothes in fabric i like (or getting someone to do it).
And since many FL readers live outside the US (where most patterns derive from) it could save us a great deal in shipping.

Hej tank!

Thanks for the response.

Yes it seems that mens patterns are a bit rare, but they exist.
I think it is a shame that theese few original vintage patterns
are kept in one persons drawer instead of being sewn up by
retro style lovers all over the globe. (maby i should start a free vintage pattern lounge on my website :) )

..this clever gal sells -copies- of vintage patterns, but there
aint that much. Im thinking of buying the pants/ knickerbockers
pattern.
