Shoe indentification question

I'm trying to identify this shoe. I've searched all I can think of and the wide tongue area is throwing me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The picture is too "fuzzy" to see anything in detail. Try taking a few more not so close so we can see the shoe a bit better.

What is the bottom of the shoe like, take a picture of the inside, the soles and then the top.

I wish I could, Unfortunately that is the best I can do. Its a screen grab from The Last Crusade. I'm really just looking for the style of shoe to help narrow my search.
